Boston Common

Dating back to 1634, Boston Common is the oldest park in the United States. Over the years it has served as a field for grazing livestock and a venue for public hangings. Today, the 50-acre park is home to softball fields, monuments, a bandstand and a pond that’s used for ice-skating in the winter.
Museum of Science

Located five miles from the hotel in Science Park, the Museum of Science is home to more than 700 interactive exhibits, over 100 live animals and the only domed IMAX screen in New England. Exhibits include a butterfly garden, planetarium and the world's largest open-air Van de Graaff generator, which produces artificial lightning bolts.

Harvard Fogg Museum

Located a nine-minute walk from the hotel, the Fogg Museum is the oldest art museum on Harvard University's campus. Opened in 1896, the museum features an excellent collection of Italian Renaissance paintings and Western art dating back to the Middle Ages.
